Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

BOLD accepts returns within 30 days of delivery and provides free prepaid return shipping in the U.S. — sale items included. See Shipping, Returns & Warranty.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — every BOLD product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, replaced free. See Shipping, Returns & Warranty.

How does Try Before You Buy work?

Your card receives a temporary authorization hold rather than an immediate charge. You have 10 days to try the products at home and are billed only for what you keep — return shipping is free. See Try Before You Buy.

Can I exchange for a different model or lens?

Yes — we cover shipping both directions on U.S. exchanges. Email info@boldouterwear.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently — BOLD ships within the United States only.

How fast is shipping?

Shipping is free on every U.S. order; most orders ship within 1–3 business days and free shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days (a faster paid option is available at checkout). Free local delivery is available in Steamboat Springs, often as soon as the next day.

Which BOLD goggle fits my face?

It depends on face size, nose-bridge fit, and whether you wear glasses. Answer four quick questions in our Ski Goggle Fit Guide and we’ll point you to a starting model, with free 30-day returns if the fit isn’t right.

Can I wear BOLD goggles over glasses?

Yes. The Morningside OTG, Rambler OTG and Morningside Max OTG are built to fit over prescription glasses, and SportRx has fitted several BOLD models for its prescription inserts. See our OTG & Prescription Guide to compare your options.

What’s the difference between the Morningside and the Rambler?

The Morningside is frameless, with a standard fit and a taller top-to-bottom view. The Rambler has a traditional frame with a little more room side to side. Their lenses are not interchangeable. See Morningside vs Rambler for the full comparison.

Which replacement lenses fit my goggle?

BOLD lenses are made for one goggle family. Morningside, Morningside XS, Morningside Max, Rambler and Youth each take their own lenses, and OTG, Low Bridge and AutoTint versions take their base goggle's lenses. See Which BOLD Ski Goggle Do I Have? to identify yours.

Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes. Replacement lenses, straps, a soft goggle cover and a hard case and cover set are sold online. See Replacement Parts & Accessories to find the right part, or to see what to do if something breaks.

Where can I try BOLD on in person?

We're in several Steamboat Springs shops and at seasonal local events — email info@boldouterwear.com and we'll point you to current stock near you.
